Full Time Outside Sales Rep
Looking for experienced Manufacturer Sales Representative to collaborate and strategize with our existing CPG vendors to improve sales at current big box retailers and execute client expectations. This Sales Representative will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills by assisting customers & vendors, answering questions, managing the business and suggesting items of value & promotional tactics to build sales. The ideal candidate is well organized, detail oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the products/vendors that we represent. Established relationships in HBC, DIY, Household, categories at the following retailers a plus - Meijer, SpartanNash, Walgreens, Kroger, Cardinal Health.
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct telephone calls, in-person visits, presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating the benefits of the products.
- Report and provide market and customer trends to vendor management, as requested.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and more.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions
- Maintains record, tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follows-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.

Full Time Sales Support Administrator
The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for customer forms creation, utilizing client portal tools, trade spend reconciliation, order and claims alerts, data submissions within the customers portals and administrative support. All necessary job functions required to support the internal Account Manager, as well as the customer and client that we serve. This individual must demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, and problem- solving skills.

Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Base Salary + healthcare, profit sharing, vacation
Some Essential Functions & Responsibilities of this Position:
- Assist the Account Managers in setting up and tracking promotional sales plans.
- Assist Account Manager in preparing for sales meetings, customer appointments, and principal meetings.
- Assist Account Manager in managing Customer Service and Claims.
- Responsible for maintaining all relevant products within the client portals and/or completing required forms, including new item set up, maintenance on existing and cost changes.
- Work with the customer service teams to update orders, provide tracking to customers, etc.
- Create and format client reports based on the needs of the Account Managers and/or manufacturer.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Must demonstrate good problem-solving ability and initiative in finding workable solutions to complex problems affecting multiple users of shared data.
- Must have general office skills, included but not limited to, written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess strong computer knowledge skills with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Must be thorough and accurate with completion of everyday tasks.
